Zoccoli and Sons was founded by Aurelio Zoccoli in 1986. After moving to Wisconsin from Italy, he and his two sons Marco & Palmino began to buy properties in the greater Milwaukee Area. To this day Zoccoli and Sons is still family-owned and operated by Palmino, Marco, Antonio, and Nick Zoccoli. We pride ourselves on maintaining clean and beautiful apartment buildings at an affordable cost.
